On Saturday Feb 6th Fusion travelled to Oakville. Fusion came out with all the right moves and managed to put the first point of the game on the board. Trent made a bee line for the net with Mark beside him and shot the puck off the post but Mark picked it up and put it in the back of the net.
The team kept things close after second, but Oakville had some shots that pulled them a head. Even made a beautiful pass the Eric but Oakville stopped the shot from reaching the Oakville goaltender.
In the third Fusion fought back and Ethan poked the puck that was loose to put another point on the board for the Fusion. Oakville had many opportunities but Jordan shut them down. Mark played tough and put another one past the Oakville goalie. The boys were looking a little tired from making climbing up and down off the bench ~ this game Oakville some chances and they left the building with an 8-3 win.

On Sunday, Fusion travelled to Flamborough to overcome their lose from Saturday. Fusion once again put the first goal up on the board by Trent. The score was 1-0 for Fusion after the first. In the second Cam was waiting for that pass back and took the shot and it flew by the Flamborough goalie to make 2-1. With Josh and Cam in the box, the team fought hard and Mark took off with the puck and raced towards the net and deeked the goalie to make 3-1. Flamborough to a shot from the red line and it snuck by Jordan .
Zack had a great dart for the net and put the puck by the goaltender once again.
Mark dug hard in the corner and shot the puck out in front of the net and the puck bounced off one of the Flamborough players skate to make 5-1.
The Fusion went home happy with a 5-1 win over Flamborough.
